He possesses extensive expertise in IP strategic planning and operational management. He is the principal author of Shenzhen's "Eleventh Five Year Plan", "Twelfth Five Year Plan", and "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" IP plans, and has undertaken numerous national and provincial key projects. Additionally, he serves as the head of IP think tanks at institutions such as Harbin Institute of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology, and Shenzhen University. He is a member of the 7th Shenzhen Political Consultative Conference.
